Modular Cabinet Scope
This service is limited to compatible cabinet modules, doors, drawers, shelves, fillers, end panels, and manufacturer-supplied joining hardware.
It does not include custom masonry, structural framing, slab design, foundation work, gas systems, electrical circuits, plumbing, drainage, ventilation, or appliance commissioning.
Base Condition
The cabinet system should sit on an already suitable, stable surface.
The installer does not design or certify the slab or foundation. If the base is uneven, cracked, undersized, or not appropriate for the system, that condition should be corrected before cabinet assembly begins.
Layout Around Appliances
The exact appliance dimensions need to be known before the cabinet modules are fixed together.
Openings for grills, refrigerators, sinks, storage, and access panels should match the manufacturer’s modular system. Utility connections should already be planned by the appropriate trades.
Cabinet Assembly
Modules are built and aligned according to the manufacturer instructions.
Doors, drawers, shelves, and fillers are adjusted after the cabinet run is positioned.
Countertop Boundary
Countertop fabrication, heavy stone slabs, sink cutouts, seams, structural countertop support design, and custom slab placement are outside this service.
A simple manufacturer-designed top supplied as part of the modular system may be considered only when it is intended for ordinary product assembly.
