This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you visit the CA-GoodHome website.
The website uses the Drop Lead Hub (DLH) floating chat, loaded from leads.mcp-server.biz, and a Cloudflare Insights measurement script. The Venyoo-specific information below applies only to information previously handled by that provider. There is no separate contact form on the site.
Information You May Provide
If you choose to use the website chat, you may voluntarily provide information such as:
- your name;
- phone number;
- email address;
- details about your handyman or home-improvement project;
- measurements, product links, preferred callback day and time, or other text details you choose to provide.
Please do not send sensitive information that is not necessary to discuss your project.
Current Chat and Technical Information
The DLH widget sends submitted project requests and contact details to leads.mcp-server.biz. Its event and request payloads also include a visitor identifier, a session identifier, the current page URL and title, the referring page, UTM campaign parameters when present, device category and browser language. It records events such as a site visit, widget display, chat opening and clicks on telephone links.
The floating chat accepts text and contact details and offers callback requests. It does not currently include a photo-upload control.
Information Previously Processed Through Venyoo
Venyoo states that its service may process information submitted through the chat as well as technical data such as:
- IP address;
- cookies;
- browser information;
- device information;
- date and time of the interaction.
Venyoo states that these data may be used to operate the chat/widget, establish contact with users, identify requests, provide notifications and improve the service.

How We Use Information
Information received through the website chat may be used to:
- understand your project request;
- respond to your questions;
- discuss scheduling or the next step for a requested service;
- identify which service page or specialist scope best fits the project;
- maintain necessary records of the conversation.
Browser Storage and Measurement
DLH stores a visitor identifier in localStorage and session identifiers and interaction markers in sessionStorage. The visitor identifier can remain between visits until browser site data is cleared. Session storage is scoped to the browser tab session.
Pages also load a Cloudflare Insights beacon for website performance and usage measurement. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its processing practices.
For previous use of the Venyoo widget, that provider states that cookies and related technical data may be used to operate its service. Venyoo states that cookies may be used for service functionality, analytics and interface improvement.
You can manage cookies and clear browser site data, including localStorage and sessionStorage, through your browser settings. Blocking browser storage or scripts may prevent the chat from working.

The Venyoo widget is provided by Venyoo / ИП Гологан Дмитрий Михайлович.
If you previously used Venyoo through this website, information submitted to that provider was processed through Venyoo's systems. Venyoo states in its privacy policy that data processed through its service are stored in the Russian Federation and that it applies technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.
Venyoo may also use subprocessors as described in its privacy documentation.
Data Retention
We do not publish a fixed independent retention period for website-chat data.
For information previously processed through Venyoo, that provider states that personal data are retained until the purposes of processing are achieved or for periods required by applicable law, after which data are deleted or de-identified according to its policy.
Do Not Track and Other Browser Signals
The current site uses DLH interaction events and Cloudflare Insights measurement as described above.
We do not currently take a separate action in response to browser “Do Not Track” signals. For previous interactions with Venyoo, that provider's privacy policy describes its processing of cookies and technical data, subject to browser-cookie settings.
Third Parties That Receive or Process Information
The current DLH chat sends request and event data to leads.mcp-server.biz. Cloudflare receives measurement data through its Insights beacon.
There is no separate contact-form provider on the site. The current chat and measurement services are described above.
For information previously handled by Venyoo, its privacy policy describes its processing practices, including its use of cookies, possible analytics within its service, service providers/subprocessors, storage and retention.
