Assemble the Base First
Carts typically use side panels, legs, casters, axle components, shelves, and a lower brace.
The frame should be square before the heavy grill body or firebox is mounted. Locking casters should be positioned where the instructions call for them.
Firebox, Lid, and Cooking Components
The main cooking body may arrive assembled or in sections. Handles, lids, thermometers, side shelves, grease trays, warming racks, and grates are added later in the sequence.
These parts need correct orientation because heat shields, drain paths, and lid clearances are functional rather than decorative.
Burners and Fuel Components
Gas grills may include burner tubes, igniters, hoses, valves, and a regulator supplied with the product.
Assembly does not include connecting or modifying a gas or fuel system, converting fuel types, leak testing, permanent gas piping, or diagnosing fuel problems. Supplied burner, hose, regulator, or ignition components may be physically assembled only where that work does not require trade work or a system alteration.
Electric smokers and grills should use their designed power connection without household electrical modification.

The finished product should be positioned according to the manufacturer’s clearance and surface guidance.
